Welcome to the National Oil Reserves Agency

The National Oil Reserves Agency (NORA) was established in 1995 as a subsidiary of the Irish National Petroleum Corporation Limited (INPC).

The National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 has established NORA as a State Agency under the aegis of the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources. This Act came into effect on 1 August 2007.
